Hybrid Working 
Structured hybrid role:    
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home.  We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

Introduction 
To provide timely and accurate Treasury Finance Reporting & Analytics, covering all the business segments BI/BUK/HO & legal entities within Barclays. This role will work closely with the Treasury Finance CFO BP teams & Treasury Finance Product Control teams to effectively deliver all BUK/BI/HO Treasury management reporting

What will you be doing?
•    Prepare monthly Treasury Finance P&L Reports for actuals and outlook including monthly Flash and Fin Forum packs for Treasury Business, CFO Business Partnering team.
•    Preparation & collation of commentaries on key driver for various data cuts needed during the outlook and forecast process, acting flexibly and efficiently to meet all stakeholder demands in a timely manner
•    Ensure timely data collation into Treasury reporting systems and reconciliation to General Ledger and Group Reporting systems. Working closely with Treasury PC teams for timely resolution of variances and issues.
•    Build a strong understanding of Treasury Reporting Systems, data governance and controls.
•    Deep dive into P&L items from time to time and provide insights as requested by Treasury Business and CFO teams.
•    Support transformation initiatives and to Increase efficiency around the Treasury Finance Internal Reporting process & production of Outlooks.
•    Taking ownership and responding to stakeholders in a swift and efficient manner


What we’re looking for:
•    Qualified accountant CA / CIMA / ACCA / MBA or equivalent
•    Experience of P&L and BS modelling & large data analysis
•    Understanding of Treasury products, Balance Sheet & P&L
•    Demonstrate appreciation of controls, process enhancement and improvement 
•    Strong excel skills
•    Confidence in reporting to senior stakeholders (business leads)
•    Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Specific experience in Treasury / Funding, Money Markets or Line PC 
•    Financial services background and/or equivalent
•    Experience in partnering with trading staff and & others of infrastructure as required
•    Up to date knowledge of capital and liquidity considerations affecting the banking sector
•    Knowledge of tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SAC
