People Advisory Partner - 6-8 month FTC

As a Barclays People Advisory Partner, you will act and lead as an enabler and trusted advisor to business stakeholders, using analytics and insight to shape the business strategy and enable a sustainable, high performance culture. This will give you an opportunity to support the partnership of business stakeholders to deliver HR activities aligned to the EME Delivery and Advisory (D&A) service catalogue as well as working across global stakeholders across all areas to deliver the HR agenda.

What will you be doing?
•    Building credibility and being seen as an enabler to support the business with HR related matters 
•    Working with the Delivery & Advisory team to translate business needs into best in class HR solutions
•    Engaging across the EME Delivery & Advisory team to effectively implement HR solutions into the region
•    Supporting driving consistency across the HR function 
•    Advising on organizational design, change and effectiveness  
•    Ensuring effective delivery of agreed HR products and interventions to the business
•    Acting and leading as point contact for escalations on complex people problems/issues

What we’re looking for:
•    Previous experience of driving global, complex change programs across diverse businesses
•    Previous HR experience 
•    Demonstrable experience as a senior HR professional with the ability to build relationships across the organization
•    Proven knowledge of HR Technical expertise balanced by practical, pragmatic and solution orientated approach

Skills that will help you in the role
•    Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact and influence with all levels of management 
•    Being a motivated self-starter and able to navigate through change 
•    Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to present insightful data to influence decisions 

Where will you be working
You will be based in our new flagship office, One Molesworth Street, which is in the heart of Dublin city centre. We are currently expanding which drives a culture of change and hard work ethic, nonetheless the company maintains an open, friendly atmosphere.  This is enhanced through our unique onboarding programs and a number of committees which all employees are eligible to join.
