The chance to make an impact

As a Summer Analyst,you’ll take on responsibility from day one with intensive training to kick-start your learning, a line manager to guide and challenge you, and a buddy and mentor to support you as you build your knowledge and skills. You’ll work on real-world projects that matter, ranging from financial analysis and research to modelling and presentations. And you’ll develop a solid understanding of the global markets, finance, and the technologies that will transform the industry. You may:

• perform financial analysis of potential clients.
• prepare presentations and memoranda for existing and new clients.
• support credit and onboarding due diligence.
• attend client meetings with experienced bankers.
• network and build relationships across a global organisation.

To be considered for this program, you must:

• currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation year 2024.

Ideally, you would also have:

• a strong interest in business and banking.
• strong communication and writing skills.
• course experience in finance, accounting and economics recommended, but not required.
• resourcefulness, team-orientation, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through participation in extracurricular activities.
