AVP Workforce Analytics and Forecasting

As a Barclays Assistant Vice President Workforce Analytics and Forecasting you’ll responsible for management oversight of FTE Contact Center and Back Office Operations demand forecasting and performing supporting analysis. In your new role you will build a strong relationship across the entire network to understand business needs and impacts to ensure appropriate staffing to service our customers across multiple operational areas while achieving expense and customer experience objectives.

Salary / Rate Minimum: $130,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $160,000

What will you be doing?

•    Forecasting and analytics are completed in an accurate and timely manner
•    Recruiting, develop, grown, and retain world class analytics talent
•    Developing and maintaining strong relationships across the entire network to understand business needs and impacts to ensure appropriate staffing to service our customers 
•    Ensuring high level of performance across team
•    Presenting skills that can articulate forecasting and planning inputs and outputs to different audience types a necessity
•     Working closely with Operations to increase positive customer outcomes and increase shareholder value

What we’re looking for: 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or similar; Master’s degree preferred
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Coding experience using SAS, SQL or similar programming languages using complex procedures and data mining techniques; proficiency with Microsoft Office
•    Analytical experience with proven performance in decision making and problem solving

Skills that will help you in the role: 

•    Understanding in a Workforce Management Function
•    Management experience in an analytics environment
•    Significant Experience or working knowledge of consumer banking operations
