Job description

KYC QA Analyst
Henderson, NV

As a Barclays Quality Assurance Manager you will also be responsible for providing feedback to Management in regards to trends and training opportunities in order to continue improving the process and enable management to provide guidance to the Business Area. In addition to the quality assurance accountabilities, the Quality Analyst Manager may also be tasked with other related US Consumer Bank quality assurance reviews on an as needed basis.

Minimum 70,000 to Maximum 85,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.  It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

What will you be doing?

•    Creating monthly worklist for Quality Analysts based on network staffing
•    Maintaining worklists for change in agent status, adjusting worklist targets as required
•    Providing weekly and monthly reporting to Quality Management
•    Reviewing requests completed by colleagues within assigned business area to ensure consistently meet bank policy requirements and regulator expectations
•    Completing and managing error correction verification and ensure timely completion
•    Creating and maintaining quality job aids and procedures.
•    Providing feedback relating to quality assurance reviews to management, allowing them to continue providing guidance to the team on how to improve accordingly

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
•    Three plus years’ experience in BCUS Operations role
•    Experience in a Quality Assurance Role

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Knowledge of credit card regulations
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•    Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness 
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
