Senior SAS Analyst

With that said, The Senior SAS Analyst is an essential part to how the bank delivers that service by providing planning and forecasting support across our collections, fraud, care, and credit departments. The Senior SAS Analyst is a highly visible role within the organization and will provide the right person opportunity to build strong relationships and partnerships with the business’ leaders. Your work will deliver actionable insights, metrics to the business that optimizes shareholder and customer value.
What you’ll be doing?
•You’ll be solely responsible for all capacity plans and forecasting needs across a key business function
•You’ll use your strong analytical skills and expertise in statistical analysis tools such as SAS to create, analyze and socialize results in a concise and informative way
•You’ll use your strong presentation and interpersonal skills to articulate forecasting and planning to different audience types a necessity
What we’re looking for:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field: Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar; Master’s Degree preferred
•2+ years analytical experience with proven performance in decision making and problem solving
•2+ years Microsoft Office capabilities
•1+ years of coding experience in SAS using complex procedures and data mining techniques
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders; strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Experience in Planning & Forecasting in a Workforce Management function
•Formal studies and/or experience in statistics and modeling would be beneficial
•Business expertise in a Operational setting
