As the Barclays Speech Insight Analyst, this is an exciting opportunity as you become responsible for supporting the separate functions of the US Consumer Bank Operations with robust reporting, analytics and insight. Being a Speech Insight Analyst you will specialize in building strategic dashboards for performance monitoring within Tableau.

What will you be doing?
• Supporting the Analytics function in delivering insight to support the strategy and direction of the USBC Operations teams
• Utilizing key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency, cost efficiency and improved customer experience benefits
• Exploring opportunities for virtual channels and automated technologies to support customer demand
• Supporting to define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes
• Contributing to strategic business initiatives across Barclaycard through more effective MI
• Implementing solutions which require minimal effort to accommodate for business change
• Executing on key automation opportunities to deliver insight into the hands of our external and internal stakeholders quickly
• Assessing and communicating risks to Departmental `1`Leadership to ensure that project goals and targets are being met
What we’re looking for:
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Economics or other quantitatively focused subject
• Master’s Degree preferred
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Demonstrated and understanding analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools – ability to link operational performance with company business results
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Energy and enthusiasm to drive towards results
• Ability and understanding in managing and prioritizing time and projects
