As a Barclays Senior SAS Analyst, you will be responsible for Planning & Forecasting across Collections, Fraud, Care and / or Credit Operational functions. You will specialize in forecasting call center volume utilizing time-series modelling to provide accurate staffing projections while working with other functions of the bank to truly understand the business.

$60,000 - $85,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. it does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

What will you be doing?

•    Being solely responsible for all capacity plans and forecasting needs across a key business function
•    Providing rigorous methodology approaches to conduct documentation, version control to ensure replicability, performance and adherence to all regulatory controls
•    Maintaining good relationships across the entire network to understand business needs and impacts
•    Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing to service customers across different lines of business

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field: Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar; Master’s Degree preferred
•    Analytical experience with proven performance in decision making and problem solving (Two+ years)
•    Microsoft Office Suite experience (Two+ years)
•    Coding experience in SAS using complex procedures and data mining techniques (One+ year)

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•    Experience in Planning & Forecasting in a Workforce Management function
•    Formal studies and / or experience in statistics and modelling would be beneficial
•    Business expertise in an Operational setting
