Salesforce People and Community Lead
Knutsford / Glasgow
As a Barclays Salesforce People and Community Lead, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all communications, PR and events promoting Salesforce and its use across the bank. Growing the EagleForce community and showcasing the use cases as well as facilitating town halls and key forums. Responsible for the Salesforce workforce strategy across the bank, working with the business teams to identify their resource needs and how to fulfil them. Developing a skills and resource pipeline.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.
What will you be doing?
• Managing the Adoption and Implementation team and ensure the correct alignment of priorities to deliver the Salesforce Training and Communications strategy in line with goals
• Defining the SalesForce communications strategy, ensuring consistent and robust messages to all levels of the organization
• Developing & driving training and L&D strategies on the Salesforce platform across technical and non-technical roles
• Ensuring we have a world class Salesforce practice with access to the right level of training and certification
• Working with senior partners across technology and the business to ensure regular occurrence of Salesforce roadshows, awareness events and workshops
• Partnering with colleagues in the learning transaction cycle to ensure Salesforce training and learning strategy aligns with group objectives
• Working with Stakeholders to establish and forecast their resource needs including demand, skills & certification
• Identifying methods of recruitment to extend and build the salesforce skilled workforce at scale, taking strategies to the key stakeholder for buy in and support
What we’re looking for:
• Experience managing a technology change team
• Experience of implementing training and communication solutions in a large environment
• Experience in communications & events management and delivery
• Excellent organizational skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience in recruitment
• Experience in PR & communications
• Able to influence positive relationships with key stakeholders in Technology, customer groups, and external stakeholders e.g. regulatory, professional associations
• Deliver results in more favorable customer/ colleague opinion, improvement in external perception and increases support for programmes and services
Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
