As a Barclays Prime Financing MO Manger this is an exciting opportunity where you will be managing the team that supports the FIF sales and trading desk and trade flow. In your new role you will be a key point of escalation for any issues from the Front office, middle office, and external vendors.

Salary/ Rate Minimum: $95,000
Salary/ Rate Maximum: $150,000

What will you be doing?

•    Assisting in resolving customer and internal inquiries/ escalations
•    Leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the team
•    Analysing complex problems, and providing effective tactical and strategic solution
•    Developing and sustaining relationships with Sales and trading as well as counterparts at other institutions 
•    Completing task that are time sensitive, prioritizing and managing responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

•    Leadership and problem-solving abilities
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Three plus years’ experience in financial industry
•    Microsoft excel (v-look ups, Pivot tables)

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Experience in Fixed Income Financing operations
•    Broadridge/ Equilend/ Pirum vendor knowledge
•    Microsoft excel (advanced knowledge such as Macros)

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
