Technical Business Analyst
Prague
As a Barclays Technical Business Analyst, within Risk, Finance and Treasury Technology, you will perform business analysis duties, which assist with the delivery of business change and technology transformation. You will co-ordinate, plan and perform analysis tasks for specialist applications and manage internal domain analysis resources for one or more components of a Programme.

What will you be doing?
• Producing high quality actionable user-stories as part of an Agile team
• Gathering and challenging business requirements from users and stakeholders
• Producing user stories that deliver a business or technical outcome or feature
• Using technical expertise to constructively challenge; resolve technical issues; hands-on resolution of issues and bridging any gaps
• Using robust analysis techniques to assess options and identify and agree solutions for key issues
What we’re looking for:
• Experience of working in an Agile team using Agile Central, JIRA, Confluence to capture business requirements and produce actionable user stories
• Ability to produce high quality, well structured, concise written and verbal material in English, including technical topics in a manner that stakeholders can understand
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and reconciliation tasks and tools (SQL, Qlikview)
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
Where will you be working?
Our Prague office is based in the financial centre of Prague. We are part of the Operations and Technology Division, and as such, we try our best to stay at the top of our technological game. However, the technology itself is not the most important thing.
