Technology DevOps PMO
As a Barclays Technology DevOps PMO (Project Management Office) you will be part of Front Office IT team within RFT (Risk, Finance, Treasury) Equity Derivatives team. As a member of this team you will have chance to be part of the group which is highly business focused and responsible for the delivery of changing scenarios for trading desk, also highly complex structuring pricers and risk excecution.

What will you be doing?
• Working to identify and manage (where required) key plan related risks and issues
• Building trusted relationships with contacts within other (non PMO) areas
• Measuring plan quality with supervision
• Acting as backup resource for technical activities in some areas related with environment team
• Driving continuous improvement, being an advocate for managing change initiatives efficiently and effectively and in line with our Policies and Standards
• Supporting the Programme or Project team day-to-day through great organisational skills, providing support and insight as needed, communicating clearly and often
What we’re looking for:
• Project management / PMO and governance experience
• Proficiency in full Office suite (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to master and navigate new subject domains quickly
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Technical or business academic credentials preferred
• Professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, FRM or Project Management methodology)
• Experience of Programme Manager Tools (e.g. HP Clarity)
• Financial product and business process knowledge
Where will you be working?
Our Prague office is part of the Operations and Technology Division, and as such, we try our best to stay at the top of our technological game. However, the technology itself is not the most important thing. What matters the most to us is the way our ingenuity can help provide better service to our customers and make life easier for our employees
