Job Title:CISO Infrastructure Security Analyst

Location: Pune

Be overall accountable for ensuring that GTIS is compliant with for provisioning and sustaining a Secure Operating environment as outlined in the CYB10 Crypto Cyber Standards.

  • Manage health of compliance indicators and ensure that remediation activity is undertaken to address any areas of non-compliance for Crypto Assets.
  • Drive identified initiatives to enhance process and tooling that improve GTIS compliance with security requirement for Cyber Crypto Standard - working with GTIS platform leads and CSO IIP team.
  • Lead the management of Crypto controls, attending all appropriate governance meetings and producing regular coverage / control effectiveness reports.
  • Lead the adoption and execution of Bank’s Cyber Crypto Standard processes within GTIS and ensure consistent adoption and adherence to CSO standards and policies.
  • Participate in relevant CSO, GTIS and Controls forums and contribute to standards
  • Lead the assessment of risk decisions relating to Crypto Controls.
  • Provide timely, accurate and clear advice based on evidence and accurate data.

What will you be doing?

  1. Maintain control posture & control remediation for ensuring that GTIS Crypto Assets adhere to CYB10 Crypto Standard.
    • Ensure oversight of control effectiveness of all related cyber crypto controls within GTIS to the required control level.
    • Identify any GTIS control gaps or deficiencies and ensure these are addressed within an acceptable time frame.
    • Align GTIS remediation initiatives and monitor these to ensure improvements to control posture.
    • Operate GTIS process for ensuring the implementation of lifecycle management of Crypto Assets.  
    • Operate ongoing GTIS process for adherence to Cryptography procedures.
    • Educate teams across GTIS on crypto controls and procedures to be adopted.
    • Provide relevant reporting/dashboards to all GTIS stakeholders, CSO IIP team and top management with accurate KRI/KCI status for GTIS, notification of any probable deviation in future and ensure tracking until closure.
  2. Undertake ongoing risk assessment, review, acceptance of GTIS controls for adhering to Cyber Crypto Standard.
    • Review relevant GTIS security control issues and assess implications and agree risk treatment within GTIS including identification of plans to address risk.
    • Ensure that all issues relating to Cyber Crypto Standard are addressed in a timely manner and monitor overall level of open issues.
  3. Provide input to Controls requirements and Standards assessment for Cyber Crypto Standard.
    • Participate in CSO Standards Committees /Forums and provide input to control requirements.
    • Provide feedback on the impact of changes to standards and controls.
    • Based on changes to Standards, identify remediation requirements within GTIS and ensure these are planned and executed.
  4. Stakeholder relationships          
    • Act as the primary interface within GTIS on issues relating to Crypto Standard and provide the required clarification and interface back into CSO team.
    • Build positive relationship and liaise collaboratively across teams to achieve security objectives.
  5. Security program and Security Requirements
    • Deliver GTIS components for all related Security improvement programs for improving controls for Crypto Standard.  
    • Motivate for and collaborate with CSO team for security program and projects to improve Crypto Standard.
  6. Audit & Regulatory assessments
    • Support assessment of GTIS environment and acts as the point of reference to audit, completion of regulatory assessment or questionnaires relating to Crypto Standard for GTIS owned assets.
  7. Education & Awareness
    • Champion ongoing awareness on Security and understanding of Security Strategy within GTIS.
    • Ensure control requirements for Cyber Crypto Standard are understood.
    • Act as a positive influences on CSO objectives within GTIS.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable technical support experience of one or more of the following. Microsoft Desktop / Server, UNIX/LINUX, Database, Networks, Middleware.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Enthusiastic and committed approach to the role to drive a positive difference to both existing new initiatives.
  • Creation, review and update to technical documentation
  • CISM/CISSP/CRISC qualifications preferred
