Asset Analyst is part of Asset mgmt. services within Colleague operations and responsible for supporting the respective Service Manager in managing service at multiple locations in respective region. The role holder will be a key person in ensuring we meet business expectations and commitments on end user support services like Joiner & Leaver device, IMACs and break-fix. Service will be delivered by outsourced partner but this role along with respective manager is ultimately accountable to business for quality and speed of service.
The role holder will actively work with other parts of Colleague Support Services to ensure we always perform as per commitment. This is an exciting period for Colleague Support Services and the diligent management of the service will be critical.
What will you be doing?
- Customer service – focus on providing world class support
- Day to day tracking and analysis of open tickets
- Drive customer satisfaction across all locations
- Operational Management
- SLA and Service performance management
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Responsible for all data analysis to support operational management.
- Accountable for operational insight identification.
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of IT Asset lifecycle from asset acquisition to management to disposal
- Experience of using tools relating to IT Asset management
- ITIL – Service Performance & Management, Vendor & Performance Management
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Knowledge of advanced features of Excel for analysis and reporting
- Proven experience of working in a high-performing operations team within an enterprise environment
- Having an eye for details and experience in collaborating with other teams to get the job done
- Demonstrates key skills in areas of management and expertise including communication, quality management, risk analysis and the achievement of targets.
