Why the Private Bank Graduate programme?

Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management and Relationship Management. As part of this programme you can achieve two professional qualifications: IMC, which is mandatory in Year One, and CFA (Level One only), which is optional in Year Two. You’ll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank, as you help our clients build on their achievements and fulfil their potential.

Who we're looking for

• To be considered for this programme, you must be motivated and curious with a degree or expected degree – in any area.
• Ideally, you'll be interested in finance and business with a GPA of 3.2 or above. You'll be proactive and a good communicator. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirt, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.  

Working in Singapore

Our office is located in Marina Bay Financial Center, which has been carefully crafted into a “city in a garden”. Overlooking the scenic skyline along the Marina Bay waterfront, the green spaces and rooftop terraces have been designed to optimise employee well-being.
