Technical Product Manager
As a Barclays Technical Product Manager, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders, manage metric based development backlogs, direct scrum teams, and define Agile deliverables for the Partnership Product department at Barclaycard.

What will you be doing?
• Managing the product backlog for the website, mobile applications and bank operations processes that integrate current, future technology platforms and back-end applications
• Driving the product development and implementation using Agile methodologies to refine product backlog items and define the acceptance criteria
• Acting as the voice of the customer and work with the Product Head, key stakeholders and project managers
• Supporting the strategy and objectives of the business and help facilitate project engagement and deployment
• Empowered to help drive and implement strategic architecture solutions
What we’re looking for:
• Experience performing the duties below in USA based company, preferably a Bank or Financial institution
• Refine technical specifications to ensure the quality of project deliverables into production and provide a positive customer experience
• Have a working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, databases, API, ETL, HTML, CSS etc.
• Maintain product backlog and refine stories, and ensure backlog items are ready for development
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Be customer-focused and highly proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Scaled Agile Certifications
• Be able to simplify the detailed project and process information in order to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in writing
• Have strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups and liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
