What will you be doing?
• On behalf of a global financial services organization, maintain accountability for the successful delivery of strategic program within Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) portfolio;
• Deliver Application Modernization Program to include Windows10 and ConnectApps2 application readiness;
• Deliver Future end-user compute offering, including Windows 10 deployments and Desktop-as-a-Service;
• Maintain accountability for SharePoint Online Migration;
• Manage tracking of Application Readiness status across all CIB Transaction Cycles and Business Areas;
• Own the creation of Weekly and Monthly Program Workgroup packs;
• Provide direction to colleagues across CIB Technology and Operations Transaction Cycles, working closely with Business Management and technical teams, including Global Technology Infrastructure Services and the “Get2One“ program;
• Support Functions and Business teams to drive planning, budgets, delivery, and implementation to ensure continued alignment with business strategy;
• Manage a team of nine Trade Floor engineers at the Analyst and AVP level, one VP, Service Lead, one AVP, Platform Engineer, and 1-2 Graduates.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in any field of study and at least three (3) years of experience in a program management or project management role for a global financial services organization. Must have at least three (3) years of employment experience with each of the following required skills: ITIL Basics framework for incident and project management; Lean and Agile project coordination methodologies to drive critical project deliveries; and Recruiting and onboarding new tech support resources for business areas.
