As a Barclays Assistant Vice President Deposits Digital Acquisitions, you will be accountable for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive profitable growth for our Barclays Deposits and Loans products. You will have an exciting opportunity to be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute and launch marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, mobile app, email and paid media.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?

•    Leading multiple complex initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•    Managing marketing processes, timelines, and dependencies while ensuring controls and governance standards are maintained
•    Creating, and executing digital marketing and paid media strategies that deliver profitable account growth and developing test plans to refine and optimize channel strategies
•    Using web platform tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics and Tableau) to analyze, measure, and interpret campaign results and provide insight-driven recommendations 
•    Informing the Test & Learn Roadmap in support of the Digital Acquisitions team and partner goals 
•    Building and fostering relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners
•    Serving as a subject matter expert in the digital marketing field
•    Working closely with technology teams and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign execution, mitigate issues and prevent issue recurrence

What we’re looking for:

•    Several years of marketing, digital platform and/or campaign management experience
•    Experience with Affiliates
•    Excellent organizational and campaign management skills
•    Experience managing complex projects, processes and timelines

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Demonstrated success in working in a matrixed team
•    Experience with Banking products
