AVP, Partner Analytics
The Partner Analytics Manager will provide analytics to support our partners. In this role you will utilizing any and all available data sources the bank has to support the partner business and impact partner business strategies.
What will you be doing?
oAnalyze customer behaviors, trends, profiles, and any other data sources available to you in support of the partner’s business.
oGenerate insightful analysis to drive recommendations to help the partner improve their business.
oInteract with a cross-functional team including the external partners of Barclays. Internally the primary stakeholders will be SA and Segment team leadership, along with some exposure to Marketing, Risk, Finance, Customer Delivery and Customer Experience teams.
oLead up a team of analysts in India. The India team will have 2 AVPs and 3 Senior Analysts.
What we’re looking for:
•Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative).
•4+ years of analytical experience
•4+ years of experience with SAS, R, Python and Excel
•4+ Years of financial services experience with progressive responsibilities over that period
