As a Barclays AVP User Experience Lead, you’ll be responsibilities include creating & implementing UX designs for USBC credit cards. Initiating project & provides training to enhance the core competence of team members. Works with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to ensure final design output meets the needs of the organization & its customers. Help create & improve consumer applications for both web & mobile experiences. Will take product from incubation to production with the ability to influence the user experience.

What will you be doing?

•    Managing and supporting all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design
•    Analyzing research findings to inform design directions
•    Developing cohesive design plans, concepts, and prototypes in collaboration with stakeholders
•    Expanding schedules and timeline for projects
•    Evaluating new design ideas or concepts and design critiques
•    Initiating research activities based on project requirements

What we’re looking for:

•    Proficiency in Figma, journey mapping, and experience flow diagramming
•    Understanding of front-end technologies (coding skills a plus)
•    Jira/scrum and Design thinking methodology

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Acute attention to detail, prototyping, and animation skills (CSS and SVG)
•    Atomic design principles for component-based design language creation

Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington Riverfront. A glance out our windows reveal a scenic look at the Christina River, along with a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the Wilmington train station is a short walk away making travel from New York and Washington, DC convenient.
