As a Business Card Oversight Manager,  you will be responsible for driving and or assisting with initiatives across the entire business customer life cycle including Acquisition and ECM Marketing, Credit, Fraud, KYC, Care and Collections.  This includes serving as a SME and key point of contact for strategic growth projects and being accountable for driving requirements on Business Card’s behalf.  The candidate will be accountable for triaging issues, managing through backlog of current gaps and/or control breakages and ensuring proper closure of issues.

What will you be doing?
•    Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key contacts and executive management for multiple premier partners 
•    Work closely with SLT, SMEs, and process owners in Credit, Fraud, Collections, Customer Delivery, Technology and Customer Experience.
•    Chair the MC of Monthly Business Review meeting; this includes oversight and collection of materials, meeting facilitation and overall meeting organization.  
•    Assist in delivering STP / P&L goals by developing effective operating models and enhancing the risk and control strategies.  
•    ID potential risks that could be detrimental to the strategies, the partner relationships or the cardmembers & develop/implement action plans.
•    Serve as point person for all incidents and issues and drive to resolution.
•    Identify and implement customer experience enhancements for cardmembers.
•    Lead Small Business Card Governance and end-to-end oversight activities including development and ownership of risk/control monitoring and reporting.

•    Understanding of segment P&L and performance metrics
•    Demonstrated ability to influence others
•    Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership teams

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Experience in B2B finance, particularly Small Business Credit Cards
•    Strong analytic skills.  This role requires the ability to evaluate situations, suggest strategic directions, and collaborate across various teams on the solution and implementation.
•    Demonstrated accountability and ownership.  This role requires the ability to work independently, make decisions, and own specific initiatives. 
•    Strong decision-making and judgment.  The ability to have independent judgment and challenge the status quo is required.
