Digital Acquisition Marketing Lead
As a Digital Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing key partner programs. The individual will be responsible for growth and financial performance of partners managed. This will be accomplished through management of the partner relationships combined with effective business planning. This position is also responsible for developing and implementing customer value propositions, marketing programs, service and credit strategies.

What will you be doing?
o Develop digital marketing and paid media plans and initiatives and ensure ongoing growth and profitability of partners managed.
o Develop test strategy across channels managed, integrate into partner digital channels and leverage emerging channels (Display, Paid Search, Video, Social, etc.) to deliver against account goals.
o Work with internal as well as external resources, to create, design and oversee programs that drive growth and profitability.
o Build and maintain effective business/working relationships with clients and contacts both internally and externally.
o Conduct program reviews and ensure goals are aligned between Barclays and partners managed.
o Renew profitable partnerships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
o Work closely with other channels (Direct Mail, Face-to-Face, etc.) to promote cross channel pollination and monitor program results
o Present marketing plans and provide updates on top initiatives and key performance indicators
What we’re looking for:
o Four-year degree required
o Marketing expertise in Financial Services or Retail
o Experience with budgeting and cost management
o Prior vendor or relationship management a plus
Skills that will help you in the role:
o Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other bank colleagues (Legal, Marketing, Ops, Technology, etc.)
o Experience with leading digital campaigns, including paid media channels (PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social)
o Experience with analytics and martech platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc)
o Strong communication skills – able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives
