Marketing Lead, Creative Center of Excellence

As a Barclays Marketing Lead, you will own and manage end-to-end marketing creative development for select partners and related efforts, driving best-in-class creative, program consistency across marketing channels, and timeline and budget efficiencies. This is an opportunity to serve as the creative development single point of contact for segment, partners, agencies, and channel leads, focused on all customer-facing marketing creative from new partner launches and campaign platforms to smaller creative and copy requests.

What will you be doing?

•    Owning the end-to-end development of customer-facing marketing; driving decisions and managing execution of initiatives, all while maintaining consistency across channels
•    Being responsible for project briefing, development, reviews and approvals, and releasing of all creative assets across a variety of projects and marketing channels
•    Focusing on strategic creative oversight to drive acquisition and engagement results that meet established partner and business unit goals
•    Collaborating with segment leads, partners, channels, agencies & stakeholders to ensure marketing strategy is translated into world-class marketing creative and communications
•    Ensuring communications across all channels are fully integrated, deliver consistent brand and product messaging, are visually appealing, and serving the needs of the customer
•    Managing creative assets timeline for all marketing deliverables and creative assets repository
•    Taking responsibility for overseeing the progression and implementation of major initiatives for program launches and refreshes 
•    Ensuring creatives developed aligns with guidelines and is progressing through necessary reviews within SLAs; spearheading table reviews with Legal/Compliance/teams, as needed

What we’re looking for:

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
•    Solid attention to detail 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes within tight timelines
•    Bachelor’s degree is required (Business related field, Marketing is preferred)
