US Partnership Risk Management

Barclays US Partnership Risk Management will be overseeing Partner Payments and Contract controls for 21 Co-Brand Partners. Leading the ongoing management of a strong risk and control environment for the Partnerships team including risk identification, assessment, and assurance; implementing self-testing initiatives to ensure identified controls are operating effectively, guiding and proactively managing risk. Leading annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for the business area. Potentially lead discussions with Executive Forum Members, Process Accountable Executives, Departmental Leads and CCO

What will you be doing?

•    Supporting business owners with monitoring and execution of Partnership controls; responsible for auditing monthly Segment control execution 
•    Leading business owners in documenting new processes and revise any existing processes if applicable with specific focus on partner compensation processes and contract matrices
•    Supporting direct manager with functional analysis, control execution, monitoring and testing
•    Providing support for a consistent Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and ensure that accurate reporting is provided to Barclaycard-level committees 
•    Providing in-business support for Partnership Owned Payment Issues, Risk Events, Lessons Learned Documents, Dispensations, Waivers and Breaches and documenting Issues
•    Providing RCSA status reporting for monthly BU control boards and governance forums
•    Partnering with Reporting/Automation team to agree on scope for RCSA assurance activity and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting requirements

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master’s Degree Preferred
•    10+ Years of Credit Card Industry experience required
•    Strong knowledge of the Cobrand Credit Card model
•    Strong knowledge/use of the Issues Management systems (including ORAC)

•    Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management across departments
