As a Barclays AVP Loan Closing Team Manager, you will have oversight of a team progressing a high volume of Barclays agented trades and ensuring effective client service. You will have the opportunity to managing 6 analysts reviewing trades agented by Barclays

What will you be doing?

•    Liaising with trade counterparties on regular calls to discuss aged trades and issues.
•    Signing trades on behalf of Barclays as agent
•    Working closely with offshore analysts who support in closing third party trades as agent
•    Keeping senior members of the loan sales and trading desk and closing team management of potential issues with trade settlements.
•    Managing daily, weekly and monthly metrics reporting

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Three years of experience using Microsoft Suite
•    One+ years’ experience with LSTA Par/Distressed trades
•    One + years’ management experience

•    Organized, able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
