MBA Ambition Diversity Fellowship

At Barclays, we’re committed to continuing to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe that when we make our organization inclusive and equitable, we can make the most of the different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our colleagues and better serve our customers and clients.

One way we demonstrate this commitment is through our Barclays MBA Ambition Diversity Fellowship. Barclays seeks to attract, develop and retain talented and high-achieving individuals from a variety of backgrounds. This Fellowship does not require you to reflect any particular demographic, but rather we are looking for candidates who have a commitment to overcoming inequality and supporting equity.

If selected as a Barclays MBA Ambition Diversity Fellow, you will receive funds to be applied to your full time MBA tuition and academic expenses, contingent upon receiving and accepting a summer internship offer. In addition, MBA Fellows will be eligible for additional funding toward their second full – time MBA year if they choose to rejoin Barclays full-time following graduation.
