Be Well

Through Be Well, our Barclays global health and wellbeing programme, you’ll have access to a range of tools, resources, and support. These include a 24/7 global Employee Assistance Programme, fitness classes, live mindfulness sessions, sports and social clubs and volunteering opportunities and inspirational speaker series - all gathered conveniently on our online wellbeing portal. We’re committed to making sure that Barclays is accessible for everyone, so our Workplace Adjustment scheme allows us to remove any barriers that you might face if you have a disability, impairment, health concern or mental health condition.
