About the role
Internal Audit at Barclays is an independent control function that’s critical to our business globally. As a graduate in this programme, you’ll be part of a team that provides assurance to the Board and Executive Management on governance, risk management, and control. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing audits, testing controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Over the course of two 12-month rotations, you’ll gain broad exposure to different areas of the bank, working with experienced auditors and contributing to the ongoing protection of Barclays’ reputation and assets. This programme will provide you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to excel in a career in audit and beyond.
