About the role
This is your opportunity to take your first steps into the fascinating world of international private finance. Join this team and you’ll gain expertise in key financial markets. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the Barclays Retail business, and have a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank. And you’ll help provide smart solutions for clients with particularly complex financial needs.
What to expect
Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management and Relationship Management. As part of this programme you will have the opportunity to obtain a professional qualification. You’ll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank, as you help our clients build on their achievements and fulfil their potential.
