Mat Reddy, a Business Analyst, thinks collaboration has been key to his progress at Barclays  

With Barclays being so big, there’s plenty of opportunity.  As a Business Analyst, I work with multiple teams to refine the products that improve the experience of our customers. This collaboration helps me learn about and contribute to different aspects of any given project – from data to sustainability. As a result, I feel not just more advanced in my role, but well-rounded in it too.
