The Discovery Programme is an opportunity open to students that are two years away from graduation. The programme offers students a unique opportunity to gain exposure to our business, develop essential professional skills and connect with Barclays employees.

Part 1

You’ll learn all about Barclays: who we are and what we do. You’ll also enjoy interacting with us through technical, soft skills and networking workshops.

Part 2

You will have the opportunity to be introduced to the next steps in order to kick start your career at Barclays. The programme may vary depending on the location.
