What to expect
Our Aspiring Developer Programme will teach you how to code, and code well. If you’ve thought about developing a career in tech but never had the skills to try, or even if you haven’t considered a future in tech, then this is the perfect place to start.
This is ideal for anyone that doesn’t have coding as an outcome of their degree, to train to become a developer. Here, you’ll be involved in developing the software that will help solve complex banking problems and be vital to the way we all live tomorrow. If you want to make a real difference in a fast-moving, tech-driven world, this your opportunity.
Aspiring Developer is a one-year continuous learning journey of focused technology training. It will build your knowledge and skills by giving you experience of everything from software research, design and development, to testing, maintenance and analysis. You’ll get dedicated support from your line manager and a buddy we’ll pair you up with; you’ll learn as you work, while also benefitting from access to our Pluralsight learning support platform anytime, anywhere. It’s everything you need to realise your potential and develop a future-proofed career within a global technology business.
