Hybrid Working 
Structured hybrid role:
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home.  We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.
Introduction:
The role holder will be part of the HR Business Management team, responsible for managing effective application of Barclays risk and control frameworks and governance on the HR Vertical and/or People Horizontal, including delivery of HR Chief Controls Office (CCO) and HR Chief Data Office (CDO) mandated activity across one or more HR Transaction Cycles (TCs), working in partnership with the relevant HR TC Portfolio Business Managers and leadership teams to enact these processes.
What will you be doing?
The role holder will be responsible for: 
Managing delivery of key pieces of activity, analysis, reports, and processes relating to the HR Vertical and People Horizontal, partnering with the TCs as required to deliver insights that support TC Leadership Teams / HR ExCo members with managing their Risk and Control accountabilities and relevant decision making.
Facilitating consistent delivery of CCO and CDO-mandated activity across the HR Function, working with the TCs to ensure consistency in approach and timely delivery of high-quality outputs. 
Providing subject matter expertise and partnership to key stakeholders across the HR Function, driving precision in controls and risk management across the Function, including identification of opportunities to strengthen the Controls Environment and upskill other HR colleagues on risk and control and data and records management governance requirements.

Strong written & verbal communication and presentation, high quality papers providing clear updates

Commercial acumen and ability to identify efficiency opportunities, challenging the status quo
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, ensuring consistent delivery to a high standard
Strong problem-solving skills. Able to identify and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders and gather, review, and interpret complex data in order to identify a proposed solution
Minimum educational qualification required for this roleis Graduate
