As a Barclays Vice President, Marketing Lead, you will be accountable for the management and execution of all marketing campaigns in the Barclay’s owned digital and mobile channels. This is an opportunity to spearhead the end-to-end campaign execution for Barclays Owned Media Digital Ads by working with Technology, Business Owners, and the Operations team to drive conversions for existing and new campaigns. The MarTech Team manages the roadmap, vision, and usage of our MarTech tools and capabilities.

What will you be doing?

•    Developing and influencing processes and procedures for managing and prioritizing innovative campaigns, programs, and initiatives 
•    Spearheading the strategy and resolution of challenges which require in depth evaluation across marketing
•    Owning the SAS Match ad serving platform, used in combination with the Adobe suite of products; launching the SAS Match Ad Serving platform across all channels
•    Maintaining and enhancing the reporting of impressions, clicks, and conversions of marketing campaigns to quantify any financial accountability/budgetary requirements
•    Delivering solutions that are long term, large scale and require partnership with cross functional groups
•    Increasing the overall impact of ad serving in the digital space while controlling frequency, duration and testing
•    Partnering directly with business owners to evaluate the priority of marketing offers and messaging
•    Serving as the subject matter expert in digital marketing; spearheading the offers operations/capabilities team

What we’re looking for:

•    Experience using or managing Marketing Technology Tools (preferably in financial industry)
•    Direct experience in Content Management System/ CMS (e.g., AEM Sites or similar capability)
•    Solid experience in Product Owner or Business Owner type role
•    Experience implementing cloud based content management tools and capabilities

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Experience and deep understanding of customer targeting and eligibility is preferred
•    Holistic grasp of marketing, marketing operations process, and technology agile process is preferred
•    Ability to build business case and understand P&Ls
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or other related area
