Meet Ridhima
Ridhima Golamari is a Technical Business Analyst within Functions Technology. She was hired into Barclays through the Grace Hoppers Conference as a Data Scientist and since then been actively involved with WiT initiatives. Ridhima has a keen interest in Data Analytics and Innovation. In fact, she and her team built a Machine Learning Model to automate Surveillance processes and predict fraudulent activities which was one of the winners of the Global Barclays CIB Innovation Challenge. Ridhima is very passionate about improving processes and continuous learning. She aspires to be a Product Management thought leader who can empower businesses to drive brand growth and accelerate revenue by focusing on the full arc
of consumer experience. She is an advocate for continuous learning and sustainable product development.
She was featured in the New Scientist Magazine where she spoke about her experience as a Woman in STEM and the importance of inculcating diversity of thought among tech teams across the world. Over the last 2 years she has been instrumental in organizing and promoting GHC within and outside Barclays. She has hosted several Tech Panel sessions with senior leaders as well as been a panelist herself to welcome and motivate younger grad students.
Barclays has provided me an exceptional foundation and start to my career, offering me opportunities for growth and innovation. I’m beyond excited for the upcoming GHC to meet future leaders that will shape the industry.
