Sabina has over 20 years of industry experience. As Head of Central & Banking Compliance and Functions Tech Digital Channels, Sabina is spearheading the reengineering of the Banking Compliance. In Central Compliance space she is focusing on self-serve on automation of various user journeys. Before joining Compliance, Sabina worked in the Prime Broker Technology team at Barclays and Lehman. She was recognized as a Barclays Distinguished Engineer in 2018.

Sabina is passionate about her Women in Tech (WiT) role, which is focused on encouraging and supporting female students to develop a career in technology. 

Sabina lives with her family in Chatham, New Jersey.
