Augusta Sanfilippo has over 25 years of investment banking technology experience. She has worked in key financial institutions providing strategic leadership, creating strong partnerships and building innovative global technology solutions.

Augusta is Global Head of Markets Operations Technology at Barclays International. She supports markets post trade processing across multiple asset classes and post trade functions. Augusta is the co-lead of Women in Technology (Americas) and co leads many D&I initiatives at divisional and site levels.

As a proud alumnus, Augusta serves on the St. John’s College of Professional Services Advisory Board since 2009. She was a board member of the Women's Bond Club from 2013- 2018 and is a Board member on the Catholic Guardian Services nonprofit organization. 

Augusta lives in Long Island with her husband and two children.
