Transformation Business Analyst
Manchester

As a Barclays Transformation Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working within Wholesale Lending who are part of COO Operations. Your role will involve working with the business stakeholders, operations users, controls team, technology teams, UAT test manager and all other stakeholders to understand current business process and work to design Target Operating Model and associated requirements documentation for Wholesale Lending migration to Loan IQ platform.

What will you be doing?

•    Working as a Product Owner, leveraging extensive SME skills in Wholesale Lending and Loan IQ
•    Following agreed design principles to inform and support Target Operating Model processes, focusing on objectives to Simplify, Standardise and Automate 
•    Supporting all governance activities to ensure robust planning, scheduling, documentation and sign-offs are delivered
•    Liaising with all stakeholders including tech/ops partners and drive the documentation of business requirements, process flows and current vs future gap analysis 
•    Defining all target processes with a view to ensure robust controls are in place and ensure engagement with Controls and Rigour teams
•    Leading and managing Process mapping teams have relevant inputs to drive required documentation


What we’re looking for:

•    Experience of using Loan IQ 
•    Experience of tools for documentation including JIRA and Confluence
•    Lending /Servicing knowledge across all debt products
•    Experience of working in a Corporate/Investment Banking/consulting

Skills that will help you in the role

•    Experience of using Agile project management would be preferred
•    Knowledge & experience working closely with IT, Transformation & Change area
