Hybrid Working 
Onsite role:
Colleagues who perform ‘onsite’ roles will spend four or five days a week working onsite, depending on the requirements of their role and business area.  Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager.  Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business. 
Introduction:
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards
To support the Training Manager in the realization of initiatives which leverage new productivity gains, enhance the customer experience, improve call quality, improve performance, improve customer satisfaction results and improve Employee Opinion Survey as a appropriate
To support the Training Manager in identification of training module enhancement
To provide administrative, logistical and analytical MI related support to the Function Training and Design
What will you be doing?
Delivery of Business Specific Process training in a highly facilitative style from Advisor (BA3 level) and above
Take personal responsibility to ensure that the delivery of the above maximizes the development of the individuals being trained to drive performance & business metrics
Deliver Training in a facilitative style with enthusiasm and passion to create a learning environment of positive interaction and develop individual/group dynamics
Ensure training delivery standards are maintained and improve in line with feedback (Stakeholders, Customers, EOS)
Ensure training complies with FCA (FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY) AND/ OR PRA (PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY) Regulatory and Statuary requirements to meet compliance expectations

• Ability to work proactively with members of the team
Skills that will help you in the role:
Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute or university in any discipline
Excellent communication skills
Highly developed stand up delivery skills that is in line with Adult Learning principles
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relevant domain & contact centre experience
Candidates with experience of having worked in the Training domain with 4-5 years of experience, are required for the role
Certification in Training Delivery
Certification in various training methodologies (ADDIE, ID, etc.)
