What will you be doing?

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Service Operations Manager in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):

•    Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements, and the delivery of IT Services to agreed service levels and costs, primarily for critical IT services 
•    Conduct regular service reviews with the business and operational component areas to formally review performance against SLAs/OLAs issues and log successes 
•    Identify and manage issues with service performance, developing and driving the delivery of service improvement plans and continuous improvement activities on services
•    Oversee projects within the portfolio through the change lifecycle, including the development/review of business requirements, functional specifications, and the testing of new technology capabilities 
•    Manage customer relationships by working in partnership with business stakeholders to agree on mutual priorities, business demand plans, and improvement opportunities that deliver value 
•    Serve as a central point of contact with all key stakeholders associated with IT service within a service grouping while proactively informing and educating all stakeholders on impacts and improvements to services within the grouping 
•    Review costs charged for services, and proactively drive for cost efficiency 
•    The interface between the business and IT component teams ensures the required IT capability is in place and delivers to the business needs and priorities
•    Manage the complete end-to-end service, including a full understanding of its assets, components, and costs
•    Produce documentation and presentation material for stakeholder consumption operating at varying levels
•    Participate in commercial negotiations for the agreement of target supplier contracts for service delivery
•    May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

•    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
