Join us as a “Delivery Lead - NAPA Product & Review Programme”, where you will be working on a complex high profile programme involving design, development and implementation of and E2E application to support business processes in Risk. Your experience and fresh perspective will make solutions sharper. You’ll mentor, assist, and review work done by peers in India, eventually leading the capability in India. You will play a crucial role in stakeholder management, building effective relationships and promoting collaborative communication. The team facilitates decision-making processes and supports transformation projects by incorporating stakeholder input

To be successful as a Delivery Lead - NAPA Product & Review Programme, you should have experience with:

Hands on experience with solution design, process re-engineering and technical implementation
Comfortable working and developing relationships with stakeholders at all level, from technical SMEs to senior executives
Curious, critical and inquisitive mindset, motivated to bring their own perspective and ideas to deliver value
Leadership and stakeholder management, a self-starter and entrepreneurial, showing initiative to drive change and see activities through to conclusion.
Strong working experience with large scale programs and architecture designs.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience.

Some of Highly Valued Skills may include:

Preferred experience with Appian platform and other BPM platforms
Preferred prior experience in Finance, risk, control, and regulatory environment in Banking Domain.

The location for this role is Chennai & Pune, IN.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
