Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious driver to support Barclays operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting directors to meetings, assisting with deliveries, and providing general support to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent knowledge of the city and key routes, and the ability to maintain a high standard of vehicle care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation of Directors & Staff:

Safely and efficiently transport Barclays executives and staff to meetings, events, and other appointments, ensuring timely arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance & Care:

Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition, regularly cleaned, and properly fueled. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.

• Delivery Support:

Assist with the delivery of documents, packages, or other materials to various locations in a timely and professional manner.

• Route Planning:

Plan and follow efficient and safe routes within the city, ensuring prompt and accurate travel to meetings or deliveries.

• Professionalism & Presentation:

Always maintain a high level of personal presentation and professionalism when interacting with directors, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies while driving. Report any incidents or concerns promptly.
