Agile Transformation role expectation-
1.Set up agile academy - trainings, operating model
2.Guides teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. To foster an Agile mindset, enhance team performance, and drive continuous improvement by coaching teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration, and removing barriers to efficiency. Align Agile practices with organisational goals and support long-term, sustainable Agile transformations.
3.Facilitating the transition to new agile methodologies at teams, and team of teams levels 
4.Candidates will need a strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks and have solid coaching experience in complex organisations, ideally in the financial services sector or similar 
5.Importantly, they will need to be able to demonstrate flexibility in applying frameworks and provide psychological safety to teams undergoing transformation, with clear evidence of having acted as a coach in the true sense rather than a practitioner
6.Understanding or awareness about engineering practices, branching strategies, metrics, devops CI:CD to facilitate and enable tech teams.
7.Having technical background or work experience will be good to have but not mandatory.
8.Agile certified – SAFe – SPC, IC Agile preferred
9.Agile transformation lead will influence and  work closely with CIO/Tech teams to execute the agile transformation.

To be successful in this role as an Agile Academy & Trainers - VP, you should possess the following skillsets:

  • Proven  leadership experience in large-scale agile and engineering transformations within global organisations.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, branching strategies, and DevOps tooling.
  • Experience enabling sprint-0 readiness, backlog preparation, and engineering standards adoption at scale.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting transformation offices or Ways of Working functions.
  • Ability to coach and enable Product Owners, Engineers, and Leaders in both strategy and technical practices.
  • Excellent communication, execution, and facilitation skills, with strong stakeholder management.

Some other highly valued skills include:

  • Professional certifications in Agile (SPC, ICAgile) and/or DevOps (AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Familiarity with enterprise agile metrics (flow, predictability, lead time, deployment frequency).
  • Experience balancing transformation with compliance, risk, and control requirements in a regulated industry.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is based in our Pune office.

Accountabilities

  • Mentor and coach : Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers

  • Facilitate Colleague Development:Coach and Develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change

  • Build High-Performing Teams: Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

  • Continuous Improvement: Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

  • Cross Business Collaboration: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units

  • Agile Adoption: Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
