Hybrid Working 
Structured hybrid role:
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home.  We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.
Introduction:
People Advisory Partners manage an individual portfolio of complex HR queries raised by Line Managers across the UK & US. Working with Line Managers, People Advisory Partners understand and assess HR needs and are responsible for delivering the correct advice or solution, often working with one of our specialist HR teams. Excellent service delivery is key to the role to ensure advice and solutions is delivered once and delivered well. The role holder will be expected to follow a range of documented processes end to end or collaborate across the Global HR Teams in order to agree and deliver the right outcome. 
What will you be doing?
People Advisory partners will be accountable for:
Servicing the complex HR needs of our leaders and ensure effective resolution of customer requests within agreed timeliness
Playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, including, during night time hours (supporting US region). As part of a dynamic team, you will engage in a rotating shift schedule, contributing to the efficient functioning of our processes around the clock.
Building expertise in our products, policies and processes to deliver the right outcomes in the right way
Effective utilisation of resources to optimise the performance, cost, risk, and resilience of the service
Produce data let insights on colleague behaviour/needs/improvement opportunities and suggestion to leadership and other CoE to enhance colleague experience
Driving a Continuous Improvement mind-set/culture across all teams; through ongoing reviews and maintenance of the service catalogue with relevant stakeholders.  
Driving operational excellence throughout our control environment, to mitigate risks and minimise the occurrence of risk events and issues.
Customer Obsession mindset to be displayed towards resolving queries and aim towards getting queries addressed first time right
Working as one HR team, personalising each interaction to ensure the best solution and experience is delivered thus reflecting in our CSAT survey scores
Ensuring key performance metrices defined are met consistently, such as daily productivity, utilisation and accuracy of the activities performed  
Effective usage of key HR tools used within the HR Operations to manage daily BAU operations
Be proactive in flagging any gaps in process and work with delivery leads to take necessary steps to fix the gaps identified
Ensuring appropriate governance and documentation is in place and maintained to effectively manage delivery of the service, including:
oMaintaining up to date Work Instructions in support of service-related activities, where relevant
oCreation and maintenance of appropriate controls, ensuring that HR Advisory processes always adhere to the ERMF
Building credibility and being seen as an enabler to support the business with HR related matters
Managing their query portfolio efficiently, completing timely updates on our Case Management system and closely adhering to all controls
Manage resources and requests in the way that outcome would justify HR Operations commitments on a daily basis
What we’re looking for:
Excellent written and verbal skills.  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information clearly and appropriately for the needs of the audience, including management if applicable, in a non-technical way.
Customer Service experience – ability to deal with a varied customer base, including business customers & senior stakeholders, and explain complex queries clearly.
Demonstrable experience of managing team performance by delivering against SLAs, and in-depth service reporting to highlight colleague needs and opportunities to improve colleague experience
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities/projects, ensuring consistent delivery to a high standard
Steer the strategic direction to meet requirements of business and stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with the global operating model
Skills that will help you in the role:
Experience of working in HR or in a professional service delivery setting 
Experience of managing a caseload of complex queries
Ability to problem solve and collaborate across teams to deliver a solution
Ability to prioritise workload according to urgency or evidence of risk
