You will be responsible for the creation and execution of a project control framework encompassing resource, financial control and governance/compliance management either on an individual project/programme basis or as part of a business wide remit. You'll have the ability to determine or influence strategy and approach required to deliver against the outcomes of our transformational change initiatives.

To be successful within this role, you will be confident in applying agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. You will have the ability to operate, communicate and challenge for the benefit of the business via exceptional presentation and comprehensive communication skills across all mediums and at all levels of the bank. Past experience defining and implementing Agile operating models across cross-functional teams within a complex, fast changing environment, working both internally and externally. Have experience working with non-agile teams and translating industry standard Agile methodologies to business stakeholders. Confident and strong ability to influence key senior leaders and Stakeholders through excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills and ability to present and interpret data. Experience in Lean Portfolio Management practices and driving planning and prioritisation processes. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Flexibility required, able to prioritise, flawlessly execute at speed; able to work at pace to fast moving demands of the business. Evidence of successful people leadership at a mid-management level within a large organisation in a cross matrixed environment.
