What will you be doing?

Barclays Bank Delaware seeks AVP, Advanced Modeling in Wilmington, DE (multiple positions available):

•    Build new Data Science capabilities by operationalizing Big Data platform, monetize new data assets, and leverage Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics methodologies
•    Provide project specific leadership in building selection & targeting solutions that integrate effectively into existing systems and processes while delivering strong and consistent performance
•    Work with Customer Management, Marketing, Partnership and broader US Consumer Bank Leadership
•    Provide expertise in project design, predictive model development, validation, monitoring, tracking, implementation and/or specification
•    Work with the technical disciplines of IVU, Model Monitoring to ensure that the latest methodologies and constraints are incorporated and to provide efficient documentation around the process to ensure smooth Auditability and Controls
•    May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

•    Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; and 
•    Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation

You will be working at our Wilmington, Delaware location at 125 South West Street. Barclays' Wilmington campus includes two beautiful buildings located along the historic Wilmington, DE Riverfront. A glance out our windows reveal a scenic look at the Christiana River, along with a growing riverfront community of luxury apartments, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the Wilmington train station is a short walk away making travel from New York and Washington, DC convenient.
