As a Barclays Client Data Operations Analyst, you will facilitate the operations data flow to resolve client entities and mitigate duplicity risk. This is an opportunity to use a wide range of products and utilities to ensure comprehensive, timely and accurate operational oversight for teams, senior leadership, service buyers, audit activity & regulators.

What will you be doing?

•    Accounting for client data connectivity success inclusive of performance metrics, client and employee experience, and performance guarantees
•    Partnering closely with Technology, and other functions within the Operations organizations within Barclays to ensure client data is exchanged in modern formats 
•    Managing relationship and execution with strategic vendor partnerships that perform work activities in the space of API connections and data exchange
•    Developing and implementing appropriate business procedures for the Client Data organization 
•    Acting as a point of contact for client reference data attributes
•    Defining, prioritizing, and maintaining workflows and operational queues for Client Regulatory Classification (CRC) and Shared Data Service (SDS) related client reference data attributes 
•    Documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams
•    Participating in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies

What we’re looking for:

•    Prior experience with customer-driven operations strategies and knowledge of client data implications within financial crime and KYC onboarding
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field of study
•    Hands on experience with creating, maintaining and publishing exception reports
•    Proven track record applying industry knowledge and a data driven approach to improve client data Experience with customer-driven operations strategies

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Exposure to tools/engines like Quantexa, D&B, Company House to gather entity information and ability to trouble shoot out of box scenarios would be an added advantage 
•    Exposure to tools like Alteryx, Python, SQL, VBA or data visualization tools 
•    Ability to own, present & explain complex scenarios/data sets & business insights to senior stakeholders
•    Ability to apply industry knowledge & data driven approach to improve client data
