As a Barclays Client Implementation Vice President (VP), you will be accountable for the onboarding of new/existing Corporate Bank clients to our Cash Management products and channels which include Swift, Electronic Banking, Host to Host, ACH (NACHA & XML) and Checks. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Client and the Product managers to ensure a positive Client Experience.

What will you be doing:

•    Ensuring all implementation activity is managed/lead and within agreed SLAs (service level agreements) & KPIs (key performance indicators)
•    Co-ordinating resources and leading the customer implementation scoping processes to ensure solutions are “fit for purpose”
•    Scoping out and presenting a range of alternative solutions to all highly complex Large Corporate Clients as part of both the pre- and post-sales scoping activity
•    Working closely with Client Service Director and peer group to develop, evaluate and put into place operational measures to optimise client service goals
•    Working alongside Specialist Sales/Relationship Teams in the deal “close out” and Request for Proposal and client pitch processes 
•    Driving world-class project management techniques/methodologies, developing and communicating key changes to Best Practices

What we’re looking for:

•    Three to five years of Client Implementation experience 
•    Knowledge and competence of Host to Host solutions; including XML formatting, file testing connectivity protocols such as SFTP & SWIFT
•    Experience with NACHA & XML ACH formatting
•    Experience with Checks products Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox and Disbursements

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Cash Management – Cert ICM 
•    Two years of senior stakeholder management  
•    Two years’ experience in product implementation and managing client implementation projects
