As a Barclays eTrading Onboarding Analyst, you will perform the required processes in order to effectively onboard clients and accounts to trade electronically with Barclays for both Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products across external electronic communication networks and our in house platform. This role requires a high amount of interaction with the business (sales and Trading) as well as various other teams, including, internal Middle Office, KYC, Legal, Credit and other areas and external platforms/vendors.

What will you be doing?

•    Being responsible for managing eTrading enablement and maintenance requests received via the workflow
•    Performing data enrichment and validation of requests in order to progress to next milestone
•    Qualifying new clients, users and funds who have requested access to the various Fixed Income and FX eTrading platforms to ensure they have met requirements to trade 
•    Ensuring KYC complete, product-specific regulatory requirements have been met, Credit lines are in place, Sales and Trading approval has been provided
•    Handing off requests to our technology partners when required for them to provision on electronic platforms and internal systems
•    Performing maintenance requests to keep active client set-ups accurate, including but not limited to remapping Sales coverage 
•    Co-ordinating across several different internal teams to ensure the timely set up of client’s accounts for eTrading
•    Building effective working relationships and provide a liaison point between a multitude of parties for operational related eTrading queries

What we’re looking for:

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•    Broad knowledge and understanding of the IB structure, functions, and their purpose/scope (Operations/Legal/Front Office/Risk and Regulatory Programme)
•    Fixed Income or FX product knowledge/experience
•    Understanding of industry regulations including but not limited to MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank, UCSM etc

•    Ability to multi-task and manage heavy volumes of work and prioritize accordingly
