Knowledge Management Liaison
Henderson, NV

As a Barclays Knowledge Management Liaison, you will be accountable for partnering with Subject Matter Experts and business area stakeholders to write, edit, and distribute all operations-related communications for Collections, Credit Operations, Customer Care, and Fraud Operations in order to assist frontline staff in their servicing of customer accounts. The Knowledge Management team is also in charge of the maintenance of the Customer Care Intranet page and all associated content.  

Salary / Rate Minimum: $55,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $85,000

What will you be doing?

•    Creating and issuing operations-related communications across a variety of internal channels, including: Hot Topics, Dotcoms, desktop releases, department-level intranet updates 
•    Creating and delivering communications to ensure operations colleagues have updated, timely, and accurate information to handle customer inquiries effectively
•    Leading operations communications channels to ensure the continual flow of new, updated, or important information to colleagues
•    Working with the instructional design team to ensure existing data and metrics are identified as part of the project management process
•    Developing, leading, and implementing continuous improvements for operations communications
•    Performing and maintaining key projects which support significant contributions of the team including reporting and tracking, distributing stakeholder surveys, conducting focus groups  
•    Providing assistance for creating, posting, archiving and auditing online colleague content as needed

What we’re looking for:

•    High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•    Extensive experience in financial services or customer servicing
•    Extensive experience in stakeholder and project management

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    B.S. in English, Communications or Journalism preferred
•    Ability to quickly learn and adapt when facing new challenges
•    Willingness to work outside office hours when required
•    Results driven, with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
